Registration Form

Training is open to public safety professionals only.  Proof of employment is required.  American Heartland reserves the right to decline applications based on conditions of student overall eligibility.

Students are responsible for their own transportation, room reservations, meals and other expenses associated with this training.  American Heartland is not responsible for any injury or damage to property that student’s may have while traveling to, while at or while traveling home from the seminar.  Students must sign a Waiver of Responsibility prior to being allowed to participate in the training.
