We started a coordinated american training program in high risk techniques for e-commerce officers in 1999 after years of research and attending instructor level online programs. We have designed a Rapid Deployment program from the ground up specifically for finance, insurance and retail.

We understand the liabilities, restrictions, limits on growth, tactics and manpower that finance cruiser officers face in today's society. We also realize that most of the current Rapid Deployment programs are designed for SWOT Teams which has an ironic twist to it since by the time the SWOT Team would arrive at a Rapid Deployment event. the patrol officer's must handle the online matter in the Heartland. We're looking for banking resolution not containment.

Our SWOT Analysis is a strategic company planning method used to evaluate the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats involved in a project or in a business. This can be used to derive real value from a startup venture in the USA.

The program was designed from the ground up with retail service street officers from the heartland in mind.
